6. If the flight is delayed by 4 hours or more, you will not have to pay any cancellation fee to the airline.
7. The airline will ask you to pay the cancellation fee if you cancel your flight ticket within 2 days of the scheduled departure, even if you do it within 24 hours of purchase.
8. If your cancellation is made due to bereavement, there are no cancellations for will be charged by the customer.

Japan Airlines Refund Policy
