But if you wish to change the destination, then only the fare difference will be applicable.

If you go by the 24-hour cancellation policy, then a full refund will be credited to the original form of payment within 10-14 days. But if you cancelled your flight or the flight was cancelled after 24 hours due to Covid then you can submit the refund request form on the official website for your ticket cost, boarding charges and extra charges that you paid via cash, miles or pass points and in return, you will get a travel voucher which can be redeemed up to 31st December 2021.

 But for cancellations of flights that were booked in 2021, travel vouchers will be valid till 1 year from the booking date.
